Where should I invest?
Where should I invest? is one the most frequently asked money-related questions. But, first, before we get to answer that question let's begin by defining what an investment is. An investment is simply a vehicle or a tool used to grow or multiply the value of your resources over time. There are different types of investment resources which include time, knowledge, energy, and many others. This also implies that investment is not solely limited to money.
In the journey of wealth creation and attaining financial freedom, knowing the right investment is key. As we all know everyone has their definition of wealth but if we delve into it in terms of monetary wealth, you will find that there are three levels. This includes making money, keeping money, and multiplying money. The most dominant and common prerequisites for the three levels are risk, discipline, and patience.
For you to multiply money you need the right vehicle of investment. But, knowing the right vehicle alone is not as important as knowing the purpose of investing. This is because you can't know the right investment if you don't know the goal that you are aiming for. What should come first is the question "What do you want to achieve? The mistake most people make is following the masses or what the media feeds them without due diligence or having clarity of purpose.
We are all different and so does our goals. What works for another person might not work for you in the long run even if you follow all the processes. The best investment vehicle is the one that is in alignment with your goals. It might not be a trendy, popular or high profit asset but worth in the long run. The why will always lead you to the where.
